Abstract: | Medical stone is one of the natural stones used as drugs in ancient times.Recently it has been widely used in purifying waters,making artificial mineral water or drinking,and feeding live stock.The authors after doing a series of experiments recognized that the medical stone possesses two main qualities:absorbing and dissolving.The process of water purification involves surface absorbing,colloid absorbing and precipitating of the impurities from water.The ability of purification of medical stone in influenced by its grain size and degree of alternation. Medical stone absorbs metal ions selectively and changes the pH of solutions. |
