Abstract: | The sample was prepared by low temperature dry ashing. Trace elements of fur tissue on fur-bearing animal (sludraccoon) were simultaneously analysed by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The lowest quantitative determinable concentrations are between 1.0~9.0 ng/g grade for trace elements Ba, Be ,Cd, Si, Y and Zn, and are between 0.01~0.09 µg/g grade for microelement B, Fe, La, Mg, Mo, Ni, Ti, Co, Cr, Cu, Sr, V and Zr, and are between 0.13~0.23 µg/g grade for In, Th , P and Pb. The lowest quantitative determinable concentration of Nb is 1.08µg/g. This method was verified by national hairs standards GBW07601. The relative error is between 0.83%~9.59%. The relative standard deviation is between 0.81%~5.20%. The 22 elements were analysed for the fur of health and illness sludraccoon. The contents of elements B, Co, Cr and Ni of the health sludraccoon are apparently higher than the corresponding ones of illness sludraccoon. The content of elements Al, Ba, Be, Cd, Mo, Pb, Sr, Ti and Zr of the health sludraccoon were lower than the corresponding ones of illness sludraccoon. The determination data satisfy the standards of biological sample analysis. |
