Abstract: | Microscopic inspection, microthermometry and salinity measurement, systematic fluid inclusion studies in the Qingshen gas field of the Songliao Basin show that homogenization temperature of fluid inclusion varies from 97.1℃ to 156.7℃ in the reservoir. Through comprehensive analysis, we found that there are 6 thermal fluid activities and 4 charging periods of gas in the volcanic reservoir of the Yingcheng Formation in Xujiaweizi rift. Average homogenization temperature ranges recorded by hydrocarbon-bearing salt-water inclusions are 97.1℃ to 114.1℃, 121.4℃ to 128.3℃, 130.5℃ to 138.2℃ and 140.6℃ to 156.7℃, respectively. Regional burial history and other factors being considered, the third thermal fluid activity, which spans the time range from late Quantou Formation to middlelate Qingshankou Formation, is considered as a major period in which massive natural gas pools was formed among all periods charging of gas in the Yingcheng Formation reservoir in Xujiaweizi rift. |
