Abstract:
The emplacement environment of volcanostratigraphy is very important to the formation of volcanic reservoir. This manuscript focus on the relationship between the emplacement environment types of volcanostratigraphy and distribution pattern of reservoirs of 2nd member of Huoshiling formation in Wangfu rift depression, Songliao basin. The environment before emplacement is analyzed by using the lithofacies analysis techniques according to the underling rocks type. The paleolandform after emplacement is analyzed by using the flatten techniques according to coal bottom. The emplacement environment is divided into 4 types, namely filling the sag- forming negative landform(typeⅠ), filling in sag- forming positive landform(typeⅡ), filling the uplift- forming positive landform(typeⅢ) and filling the uplift- forming negative landform(type Ⅳ). The distribution pattern of reservoirs of volcanostratigraphy in typeⅠemplacement environment is better in lower and fair in upper. It is mainly controlled by the gas release-trap, quenching of magma and alteration of organic acid. Whatever the reservoir development, the distribution pattern of reservoirs of volcanostratigraphy in type Ⅲ emplacement environment is better in upper and fair in lower. It is mainly controlled by the weathering leaching,gas release-trap and tectonic activity. The favorite exploration target of volcanostratigraphy could be predicted by the comparison of emplacement environment.
